1.	French Buttercream (soft)	1 part (by weight)
2.	Vanilla Pastry Cream	1 part (by weight)

Process	Instructions
1. Prepare	Prepare both Pastry Cream and Buttercream. Soft, smooth and whipped.
2. Combine	Using a wire whip, incorporate the two together.
Variations:	Prepare amount needed and use entirely. Do not store.
