Using a microwave safe bowl melt the butter, (don't boil - just melt it). |
Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Stir with a wire whip until smooth. |
Sift the dry ingredients into the mixing bowl, continue stirring until smooth. |
Pour into a 9” x 9” greased pan. |
Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 25 minutes, or until done. |
Cool in pan until the brownie is cold enough to handle. |
Optionally add ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter. |
