Place chocolate chips into a mixing bowl. |
Melt butter then add milk and bring to a rolling
boil. |
Pour boiling milk over the chocolate chips. |
Mix slowly for 3 to 5 minutes until smooth. Do not
mix fast or incorporate air bubbles. |
Pour through a strainer into a suitable storage
container. Store under refrigeration. |
